13. EVENT 1 – CAREER DAY
Objetive: To reveal to students all of the several career alternatives, so that their reasoning will not be limited to a selected few such as teaching, medicine, law, accountancy, etc
Target: Secondary School Students (JSS1 – SSS3)
Students are shown a chat of several career options, notable people in the society with these careers and courses relevant courses to be studied in the university
Students are left to choose the one they want
The school invites few people in various career fields, dressed in their professional attires, to speak to the students
A debate competition is thereafter organized to confirm students’ knowledge of these career alternatives
Music can be played to make the day lively

14. COSTUMES DAY
Objectives: To make pupils identify with the characters they watch in cartoons and animation films, creating fun, colour and glamour
Target: Nursery and Primary Students
The school supplies for all sorts of cartoon characters, e.g. micky mouse, benten, batman, superman, etc. then distributes the children, assigning them to various characters
Pupils buy the costume for their character
On the costumes day, pupils wear their characters to school, music is played, then, the company shows two or three movie clips to the pupils in categories according to their characters.
15. EVENT 2: EXCURSION TO BUSINESS PLACES WHERE THE SERIOUS USE AND DEPENDENCE ON ICT IS SO EVIDENT.
Objective: To inform the students that no career field is exempted fom the use of ICT.
